About the studio

A small studio, built around execution.

Frameworks Software is a founder-led software studio in London, Ontario. We exist for a specific kind of work: taking the ideas and operational problems that matter to a business and turning them into software that holds up.

Why we exist

Most software companies are built to scale headcount. We’re built to do the opposite — to stay small enough that the senior people who understand your problem are the same ones writing the code that solves it.

That comes from years spent watching good businesses get let down by software: rebuilds that never end, agencies that hand off to juniors, tools that technically work but don’t fit how the work actually happens. We thought we could do it better by doing less, more carefully.

So we think in systems, not screens. We say no to scope that won’t earn its keep. And we build software to be handed over — documented, understandable, and yours. It’s a quieter way to work, and it’s the reason clients stay.

What we hold to

Four principles that shape everything we ship.

01

Systems, not features

We build for how the whole operation works, not a list of screens. The result holds together because it was designed to.

02

Clarity before code

The hardest part is deciding what to build. We do that thinking with you, in plain language, before anything is written.

03

Senior hands only

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. No hand-offs to a junior team you never met.

04

Built to be handed over

Documented, understandable, yours. We build software you could take elsewhere — which is exactly why clients stay.

Let's talk

If this sounds like your kind of team, let’s build something.

Bring us an idea, a bottleneck, or a process that wastes time. The first conversation is free — you'll leave with a clearer path, whether or not we build it together.
